Which And How The Systems of the Game Have Been Improved?

This modpack is still in WIP but there are some features that are implemented so I will list very notable changes.

• Progression
• Mining
• Building
• Farming
• Resource Management

Here is how:

Progression Changes

Progression Tiers

Flint Tier

• replaces wooden tools
• they stay relevant longer than wooden tools
• they are a little harder to acquire

Copper Tier

• replaces stone tools
• they are a little harder to acquire than stone tools

Iron Tier

• can no longer mine diamonds

Gold Tier

• can mine itself now :D

Rose Gold Tier

• is an alloy of lapis, gold and amethyst shard
• rose gold is required to mine diamond

Diamond Tier

• the best tier in the game

Progression Crafting Modifications

• The Player now needs flint to make armor plates to make armor
• Sticks are more expensive
• The player can still punch wood
• I made sure that nothing is grindy or tedious

Mining Changes

• There are custom tools! A big poriton of them replace vanilla tools but I will add new tools later down the line but for now there are custom tool tiers and these tiers affect which ores you can mine.
• In order to mine a deepslate version of the ore block you'll need a higher tier!
• The Jade mod shows the player which tier of pickaxe the ore requires to be mined!

Improvements for Building

• The mod reacharound is here meaning you'll be able to bridge downwards and sideways without even needing to shift!
• There are sufficient mods that add new building blocks and new block models to satisfy your building needs!
• Most blocks are easier and cheaper to acquire! No unnecessary grinding anymore!
• Building with dyed blocks is made more immersive with the introduction of dye brushes!

Farming Enhancements

• There are over 30 custom foods for you to make!
• Every crop grants you a powerful benefit to make them worth farming!

OverWorld Features

• There is cascades worldgen mod to enchance the world generation to be more inspiring
• food is scarce
• most passive mobs are 100 times rarer.
• No early game easy reliable food
• Dark places are REALLY dark, Light is a luxury in this world
• Hostile mobs can't spawn in player built bases! Don't worry about lighting your base up if you have built it! (This doesn't work with naturally spawning blocks like dirt but I haven't checked or configured the civilis mod in depth yet so check it out if you want to know the details!)

Removed Features

• No enchanting
• No villagers
• No structures
• No End
• No mob farms (Probably)
• No achievements

Combat Features

• Creepers don't spawn everywhere they spawn only in deepslate caves and forest biomes (some caves are marked as forest biomes and frankly I can't do much about that!)
• There are new modded mobs to fight (none of them are integrated yet! But they will be!)
• I will add custom weapons in the future!
• Zombies, Skeletons, Spiders and Creepers' stats have been modified to be more challanging! Now players won't be able to survive the night just running around!
• I have (somewhat) play tested these changes to make sure it isn't overkill, but difficultys perception changes based on skill level!

Crafting Features

• EVERY RECIPE has been modified to make the game more balanced. YES EVERY SINGLE ONE!
• Over 15300+ custom recipes!
• There are paint brushes now and instead of crafting painted blocks now you have to paint them with a paint brush instead for more immersion!
• I modified some item stack sizes to balance the inventory space resource management aspect of the game
• Most things now stack to 256!

Nether Features

• The diabolical islands mod changes the nether worldgen to be floating islands over the lava ocean (but the nether is not properly integrated yet!)

Final Notes

There is the mod iris in this modpack BUT I don't intend any shader pack usage. I don't because there is the true darkness mod installed here and light is intended to be a luxury until the nether. (But the nether isn't integrated yet!)

The intended brightness setting is moody

Fires spread very quickly among the trees! I would love to disable the lava lakes spawning on the surface to get rid of the massive occasional forest fires that happen but I haven't yet. Fires are no joke they literally wipe out forests

I am taking a break from developing Creator's Core. The next update will bring the project into beta and it will be properly playtested I know there are some issues about block mining requirements with building blocks they will all be fixed. I am almost halfway done with the update and have made the necessary changes to the foundation of the pack for the update. The next few updates will improve the pack quite a bit.
