Description:
This is the official modpack used on the Genesis SMP server. This modpack requires Fabric version 0.15.11 and Minecraft version 1.20.1! If you are interested in joining our community server with this modpack, or encounter an issue using the modpack, you can join our Discord here.

NOTE:
The map mods by Xaero included in this modpack store their information client-side in a separate folder. If you wish to keep your map data and waypoints when creating a new profile, you'll need to copy the XaeroWaypoints and XaeroWorldMap folders from your existing profile into your new one.
Resource Packs
There are resource packs included in the modpack, which use Vanilla Tweaks content to impove the aesthetics of the game while remaining faithful to the appearance of vanilla Minecraft. These resource packs are optional and have no affect on gameplay if enabled or disabled. A full list of included texture changes is included in the Selected Packs.txt file within each resource pack.
Datapacks
Most of the datapacks included are also sourced from Vanilla Tweaks and provide minor quality-of-life changes or utilities, while again retaining the vanilla characteristics of the game. A full list of datapacks and crafting tweaks can be found in the modpack's reference folder under Vanilla Tweaks Datapacks List.txt.
In addition, there are two custom datapacks. One is titled Create Genesis, which contains a number of custom crafting recipes, mod integrations, and other tweaks implemented on the Genesis server. The second custom datapack is titled Compression Drawers, which allows additional items to be used with the compression drawers from the Extended Drawers mod which are not included by default.
Config Files
In the config folder of this modpack are the files containing the configurations and settings recommended for the mods included, as well as the settings in effect on our Genesis SMP server for players who wish to experiment or emulate our multiplayer world in singleplayer. These config files are not necessarily required to be copied to your PC, but you may encounter lower performance, keybinding conflicts, or issues between the client and server if in a multiplayer world. For these reasons, it is advised that you do install the included configs on your PC.
Mods
These mods are included in the main modpack to be installed on both the client and the server. All mods listed represent the latest release of this modpack; for past versions, please reference the changelog.
Credit to HyperSoop, creator of the Simply Optimized modpack, which forms the basis of our performance-related mods as of Create: Genesis 4.2.0 and later.
Credit to FoxyNoTail for the recipes included in our Create: Genesis datapack which enable crafting Chipped blocks using a mechanical saw.
