!bug fix for crops

• Fixed bug preventing WHEAT, CARROTS, POTATOES, BEETROOTS, MELON_STEM, PUMPKIN_STEM from growing.
• Added an event check for CAVE_VINES, CAVE_VINES_PLANT to prevent growth unless attached to a solid block.
