Visible Invisibility

• updated to 1.21.9 and 1.21.10
• fixed some particles showing as invisibility

• refactored code
• slightly changed pack icon
• updated one of the files to better show what versions its controlling

If this version doesn't work, just use version 2.0.1

• fixed the discarding of transparent parts of particles on other non-effect particles

basically what that means is that some particles looked ugly but i fixed it

• Modified the code + texture in order to support a 1x2 atlas, where the normal particle is on the top and the invisibility particle is on the bottom.

This completely refactors the code + texture to allow easily modifying both textures, so if you have any issues please join my discord

• fixed the pack not working

basically i run all the code through a function but then i didn't even return the new value 💀
