Fixed lights to not create ugly black bars when using shaders

Fixed a window bar that was in the wrong place

Added 4.0 compatible floor walkway model, and changed the side display to be wider than it is tall

4.0 compatibility update, adds new drivers and maybe a new livery idk? also fixed engine0 looping in an annoying way

Fixed the VDL emblem on the front being too high up, causing many liveries to have less space than intended for logos. Some logos have been moved as a result.

New Arriva/Hermes Bravo and Qbuzz U-Link liveries added
