[MTR4] VDL Citea LLE-120

This pack adds the VDL Citea LLE-120 bus, a retexture of CinderaceOTS' ADL Enviro200 model. It comes in many liveries, based on every operator in the Randstad area in the Netherlands. (check the screenshots)

It also contains a slightly different soundset compared to the base model.
