Stellar Tweaks

Beta release!!! This is unfinished!

• Lots of textures reworked (they're a lot better now)
• Lots of bugs fixed (they're gone now)
• Some unfinished features

Should be almost entirely functional, the only thing missing is some fences + a couple texture tweaks and other misc. features If anything is broken, please report it!

Mostly polished experience.
