Why did you do this?

I wanted good-looking swords for a PvP texture pack but couldn't find any so I made my own.

What does this pack include?

Smaller sized textures for all swords.

Can I use this in my own resource pack / modpack?

Yes, but you need to make it GPL3 or distribute this separately. The license can't be changed.
