Prevent walls, fences, panes and bars from connecting to double slabs.

Adds custom textures for double slab, e.g. double Mossy Stone Brick slab will make a Mossy Cracked Stone Brick block.

Small tweaks for textures suited for PvP

Changes "Block of X" to "X Block" and "Y Stained Glass" to "Y Glass"

Backports 1.21 witch redstone drops to earlier versions. Makes building witch farms actually worthwhile.

Changes the sword texture so it becomes a short dagger instead. The handle is also smaller.
