3D Particles

• Fixed particle lighting looking wrong on 1.21.5 (it was too dark at certain angles)
• Fixed item particles being too bright (this applied to things like eating particles, egg or snowball landing particles, slime particles, etc)

Note: On 1.21.5 the light directions need to be hardcoded due to a bug in that version, this means that particles in the nether may not have the correct lighting, but it shouldn't be too noticeable.
