3D Particles

• Updated to 1.21.6 and 1.21.7
• Made fireflies 3D

• Fixed particle lighting looking wrong on 1.21.5 (it was too dark at certain angles)
• Fixed item particles being too bright (this applied to things like eating particles, egg or snowball landing particles, slime particles, etc)

Note: On 1.21.5 the light directions need to be hardcoded due to a bug in that version, this means that particles in the nether may not have the correct lighting, but it shouldn't be too noticeable.

• Updated to support 1.21 to 1.21.4
• Also works on 25w09b, however lighting is currently slightly broken on that version

• Added 3D particles for dust_plume (appears when putting an item into a decorated pot)
• Lighting for block breaking particles now properly matches the actual block lighting
• Particles emitted by slimes now use a similar texture to the slime block instead of the slime ball texture
