SCore Improved IF logic to handle single | and & and support the custom rand placeholder. Example : IF %rand:1|2%=2
EI Fixed the issue for getEntity() for EntityReceiveEffectEvent by typecasting the event with EntityEvent to get the getEntity() method that returns the Entity object.
