Armor Trims and Other Cosmetics... and Chickens?
Mobs are likely to spawn with armor trims. Some Nemeses can get cosmetic headgear (i.e. Carved Pumpkin, ender dragon head) when they kill you/another Nemesis and they don't have a helmet. Mobs can also spawn naturally mounted on chickens and spiders...

So many mobs with weapons/armor...
It will be rare to see mobs WITHOUT armor/weapons. Seeing them with gear is common. Having a mob of 10-20 mobs on you will be common.
