Simple Manhunt Mod

A simple manhunt mod. The mod adds a /manhunt command which is where everything you need will be. /manhunt hunter add adds you as a hunter, while /manhunt runner add adds you as a runner. A runner is required for the compass to work. Right click the tracking compass to track the nearest runner. A tracker compass is automatically given to hunters.
