Rune Codex
Lists all discovered/undiscovered runes, the effects, and activation conditions. In survival mode, all runes start out undiscovered, and the text is obfuscated, as in the next screenshot

You slowly discover runes once you've applied one on your weapon: after a set number of activations, the whole text will be revealed
