Effigies

Adds a new Grimoire which is a guide book for all things Effigies! It's given to each player the first time they spawn in on a server, and is recraftable with 4 Blackstone, 4 Gilded Blackstone, and a book.

• Added the Anti-Spear, a spear that does slightly more damage than Netherite and has the same attack speed as Diamond
• The Anti-Spear can also be used to craft the Anti-Pike, a powerful late-game mob spawner which spawns mobs based on which head is placed on it
• Updated JEI support

• Displays all valid Pikes, Pike Heads (as per the config in the config/effigies-config.toml file) and a rotating preview of which mobs they prevent from spawning
• There's also a tooltip over the mob when you hover over it
• Works for Normal, Modded, Large and Small mobs
