Craftable Chainmail Armor

• Added 1.21.9 support
• Updated pack.mcmeta by removing supported_formats and replacing it with min_format and max_format, and also removing pack_format
• Renamed chain in the code to iron_chain to differentiate it from the copper chain, which was added in 1.21.9
• Removed the unnecessary count field from the recipes as it defaults to 1 if omitted
