CobbleBadges [Cobblemon Addon]

Added:

• Badges are now visible in the menu even if it's not unlocked
• A config to disable points earning

Changed:

• Modified how points data is stored
• Remade the /cobblebadges command
• Merged chat messages when earning multiple of the same points from one battle (i.e. in an NPC battle with multiple pokémon)
