BSL has a colder day time tone meanwhile, Verlixia has a warmer tone than BSL. BSL also does not have reflective wet surfaces by default, Verlixia has reflective wet surfaces and better water reflection regularly.

BSL has a slightly brighter night time skies, Verlixia has darker night time skies and darker caves. BSL has more fog and is less vibrant in the Nether, Verlixia is more vibrant with stronger oranges and reds and has heat haze from heat sources.
