KOPTRETRO - Kin's retro shader

this is a retro shader for optifine with many color modes, dithering and pixelation filter aswell

OPTIONS:

• dithering (it also causes pixelation)
• resolution level (how pixelized it is when with dithering)
• color depth (how many bits per color there are)
