I decided to reupload the latest version of the shader with a correct name that would work properly on Windows.

Wet / Burn / Freeze - Update!

What's new:

• Underwater/lava/snow fog was added.
• Fog "wind" effect was fixed.
• Water is now much more opaque than before.

What's new:

• Finally, OptiFine is now fully supported too!
• Slightly improved shader properties.
• Removed "auto exposure" because it's just a weirdo that makes the entire image darker with no practical usage at all.
