Custom lightmaps for Better than Adventure that tweak the color of torches, create cooler day to night transitions, and bath the Nether in a searing red.
This asset pack for the Beta 1.7.3 fork, Better than Adventure!, tweaks the default lightmap to have a warmer, hot even (in the Nether), feel. Along with that it makes the day to night transition feel like a proper transition!
Installation
This asset pack is made for Better than Adventure! as mentioned above and is unlikely to work at all on plain Beta 1.7.3!
Download this asset pack and put it in the texturepacks folder found within your Better than Adventure instance. The ingame Texture Packs option has a button to open this folder if you don't know where to find it.
It Isn't Working!
Make sure you've set the Lightmap Style (found within Options -> Video -> Visual) to Grayscale or Colorized! This asset pack will not work if the lightmap is disabled.
