Rescource pack for VRTX_X23 and his PVP

This is a custom rescource pack for VRTX_X23, with a few referneces from Leowook and others from Lifesteal, while also focusing on PVP

There are no offical play from it as it is yet being updated and more debugs coming through**, but it is set and offical images (and possible gifs as small form videos) to show you what you can preview and see
