void items AND hammer..

removed lang file, since i WANTED to rename the hammer to drill, but the items for jbt are really weirdly made

reskinned the hammer to be a ruby drill, as the heavy core is replaced with ruby in vintage.

adds basic retextured void bucket and bundle
