Make Minecraft More Vibrant/Saturated!

The Vibrancy factor of most Textures is 1.75

Changes:

• Blocks, Items, Entities, Effects, Paintings, Particles, Misc, Colormap, environment and partially the GUI
• Changes the Colormap (biome textures) to be more vibrant
