Thanks to help from Skalibur and some helpful people in his discord, there's now a (temporary) fix to the untinted grass block particles!

• Retextured Snowy Grass Block side texture and added a designated pebbles texture to match vanilla’s Snowy Grass Blocks.

• Updated item model textures to match block models (with plains biome colours).

• Grass Block side and Snowy Grass Block side textures modified to remove blank space in an attempt to remove visual artifacts. However, artifacts are NOT resolved yet (especially for Snowy Grass Blocks), only reduced in noticeability.
