what do you mean the mob_effect folder isn't in the textures directory anymore?!? it's in gui now???? what am i supposed to do now?!?! added support for about 40 NEW MODS!!!!!!! WOAH!!!

includes updates to mods like L_ender's cataclysm, born in chaos, ect
new popular mods like blue skies, lycanite's mobs, cgm, sonicraft, unusual end, species, and a few library mods
changed a few effects for consistency/color consistency
added effects for some of the april fools minecraft updates (craftmine, poisonouspotat, vote update)
resized a few vanilla minecraft effects to make sizes consistent
readded herobrine
