what do you mean the mob_effect folder isn't in the textures directory anymore?!? it's in gui now???? what am i supposed to do now?!?! added support for about 40 NEW MODS!!!!!!! WOAH!!!

finished the traveloptics tweaks spell support! i've also done like 18 mods since last time (i probably shouldve waited a little longer to make this one) also added support for a bunch of popular mods that i usually dont use

• also added support for smelting villagers, sussare_cibum, apotheotic additions, farmer's respite, reliquary, archery expansion, guns without roses, xaero's minimap & world map, and legendary monsters.
• made the 8 or so freezing effect icons more consistent + made the reference more obvious

• readds mod support for a few mods that somehow got deleted in the last 2 updates
• adds support for mutant mobs, mutants buff, brewin + chewin, battletowers, vint delight, cold sweat, projectile damage attribute, obscureapi, buzzier bees, potion of bees, gigeresque

some textures will look weird without the moremcmeta mod, due to animation stuff
