Truly Connected

Truly Connected is a resource pack that makes a lot of unconnected blocky textures connected so they look more clean and pleasing for the eyes!

Some of the texture changes:

1. All polished and smooth stones
2. Blocks that are made from ores (ex.: Diamond and iron block)
3. Sea Lanters, frog lights, note blocks and a lot more
4. GLASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED
