A resource pack that lets you choose your tooltip frame using colors from Tooltipz.
By default, it displays a grey frame. Changing colors requires Resource Pack Options.

This resource pack does not add rarity-based tooltips. Instead, it provides a single-color frame for all items.
It also does not require Tooltipz mod to function.
