Time to Shweep!

Every time you forget to sleep the game reminds you to do it in the most obnoxious irritating way. I tried to make it just a little bit more pleasant by using the sweet voice of BdoubleO.

All this pack does is replaces the swoop#.ogg sound, that plays when phantoms spawn or attack you. Other phantoms sounds are unchanged.
