Steel Armor Blocks - Proper Item Names!

An en-us locale edit for the Steel Armor Blocks mod. This includes proper capitalization of all items and blocks, aswell as new names for items like the custom armored symbols which were previously all named "letter".

Recommended to be used alongside the Steel Armor Blocks Recipes: TMFG mod which also adds recipes.
