backported the new! extra sparkly! extra cool block/container menus from _3.0_v26.1

i admittedly didn't test this a whole lot, let me know if there's any game-destroying issues!! individual pixel issues may or may not be fixed. 

HEY GUYS!!! i've been busy with college, and procrastination <3

BUT. new pack format? NEW AND UPDATED MENU TEXTURES!! they are MORE sparkly. hope you guys love it as much as i do, i felt like the menu textures could be even more starry and whimsical!

please let me know if anything is broken! i edited the textures on 1.21.11 and checked for 26.1 compatibility! should work with older versions as well! 

go use 3.0. it works for 1.21.11

i'm not sure anything in the UI really changed, but i changed the resource pack version! tell me if anything's broken, i will then go and fix it!

lowkey dont think they changed anything but the pack.mcmeta layout. I DO NOT THINK THIS PACK WILL WORK ON OLDER VERSIONS BECAUSE OF THAT, I DID NOT CHECK (i am lazy i do apologize)!!!!!!

• will show as out of date on 1.21.7 and .8, but the GUIs themselves should still work.

• added dialog warning textures and the now playing popup.

• as mentioned in the bold text in the description, no locator bar dots, do not ask me for them.
