Added new language support for German (Deutsch), Shakespearean English, and "Anglish (Oned Riches)"

Updated all language files to include advancements and subtitles related to ghasts, this means there should no longer be any subtitle messages or advancements that refer to "Ghasts" rather than "Sqasts"
