Spryzeen's Creaking Vines

I think pale hanging roots are boring and ugly, so I created this pack to enhance the atmosphere of the Pale Garden biome. It also utilizes the new vanilla emissivity feature, improving the biome's ambiance and helping the creaking blend in better.
