Source Engine Soundpack

• Fix block.metal.step pitch back to 1.0
• Organize sounds.json
• Lowered volume for bows and arrows
• Changed player hurt sounds to be its own separate thing and added the rest of the flesh_impact_bullet sounds
• Redefined some block sounds that use a repeat 5th and 6th sound (There are only 4 in total for some sound categories, otherwise the first 2 would be more common)
• Add 1 more sound for both close & open to wooden doors
• Changed block.fire.ambient
