Changes the elytra texture to a vibrant light blue based on the Soul Of Flight from Terraria. Glows in the dark, looks great at night!

(Also includes a version to change the name of the items to match the textures)

Optional requirements

Either optifine or ETF + Continuity, otherwise the textures won't glow
