Snowy Sounds and Rain add-on!❄️

Tons of resource packs seem to make trees and grass look snowy but for some reason they fail to make rain look and sound like snow and don't change footsteps on grass to sound like snow. This pack is an add-on that aims to fix packs like that! Hope you like it!
