Full-fledged port for 1.13-1.15

After some manipulations with the strange ascii system on version 1.13, I was able to transfer this resource pack.

The first attempts to move the resource pack to 1.13-1.15

Bug: the text is too wide

In the next updates, I will try to make the width of the letters normal.
