Slightly Nicer Spears

So... what's exactly changing..?

1. Tips. Now they make less sense, just as any other tool. Tried to mix on spear some axe and shovel shading logic
2. Handles. No handles. There never were any handles, so why start now?
3. No material pixel on the end for the same reason.
