Simple Outlined Ores - Blue Netherite Edition

Updated to the latest drop! This pack also supports all pre-release versions between 26.1.1 and 1.21.11

Same as 1.21.9-1.21.10, I had to re-upload due to an issue with pack.mcmeta

Fixed issues with minecraft saying the resource pack is not supported (even though it still worked fine)

Since 1.21.8 is a minor hotfix, everything will work exactly the same, no need to make a new version
