Serene CIT

A CIT pack made specifically for my Serene Peril server that mostly adds swords and spellbooks.

Rename a Iron's Spellbooks staff to the name of a spellbook to make it look like that spellbook.

Other renames work with Decrepit Flamberge or regular swords/axes.
