Added spear support for inventory weapon detection and handling logic

• Restructuration of all the files folder.
• The held weapons are now using the attachement system instead of faking arms (make armor pack compatible)
• Simplified range weapons maths
• Reload swing for range weapons are now supported when shield or food in hand
• Change a lot of variables logic into boolean
• Weapons positions have been reworked.
• For Freshly modded 3.0.0 or up, Semos villagers (Hermitcraft/Songs of war) 4.0.0 and up, (Alex and Steve) 7.0.0 and up

• Changed the arms animations for villagers packs
• Fixed cape animations

Changed the cape animation code to match 1.0.2 of the cape addon

Bumped to 1.21.10
