Revert my sounds! (and textures)

Reverts almost all of your sounds to sound more familiar, like in the old days.

Also reverts water texture back to pre 1.13.

Water, fence, door, block sounds and all other types of noise like creepers or cows got their sounds reverted too. !Showcase
