restore 1.18 menu music

this is a resource pack for 1.19 that simply adds the caves & cliffs soundtrack back to the main menu music rotation. the new menu tracks are kept as is, so they can also play.

the pack is set to be for 1.19.3 but should work in all versions of 1.19 just fine.
