Resounding Luminescence

• Finally, fixed the unusual huge amount of creepy/cave sounds inside the game (they played WAY too commonly).
• Support for formats up to the latest 26.2 Snapshots.

• Music and Music Discs are no longer replaced; if other packs, or Minecraft, adds/modifies new ones, they will be there
• Removed 3 thunder sounds that were a bit too long and added 12 new ones from Minecraft: Story Mode
• Creepers and Skeletons no longer make their old sounds by default
• Creepers now have the same hit sounds from Minecraft: Story Mode
• Improved some existing files and removed some unused ones/Events
• 11 Music Disc now has a chance of playing instead the Soundtrack Version
• Cat Music Disc now has a chance of playing instead the Soundtrack Version
• Zombies and Skeletons no longer have a chance of playing cave sounds to avoid making them play too commonly
• Ghasts now have a chance of playing cave sounds
• Witches have now rarer chances of playing cave sounds
• Magma Cubes now have new unique sounds, coming straight from Minecraft: Story Mode
• Removed previously added new cave sound "death.ogg", as it was a bit too long
• Almost all modern sounds now play instead of being "old-minecraft-ized", or have the "redundancy treatment". If you still want to keep those, download also the previous version and put it below this one (this will probably properly return one day, but in another, dedicated pack)
• Lots of general fixes
• Removed support for the "Now Playing" mod, as what it does is now directly in the vanilla game (music names and credits moved to use the latter, instead)
• Name of the zipped file now looks better in the Resource Packs selection menu

The main completed version.

This is an older version I found on my disk. For the sake of history, I'll include this one as well, but I suggest on downloading the newer versions instead.

• Fixed Thunder sounds not working (thanks nemrod153 for reporting the bug!)
• Made new Ghast sounds a bit quieter (Moan: 0.8, Roar: 0.6)
• Ghasts' Roar sounds have been put in a new sound event
• New Ghasts' Moan sounds now have a weight of 20 (they will play 20 times more commonly than Roar sounds), to avoid making their sounds too annoying
• Rain is twice as louder (it was way too quiet before)
• New Thunder sounds are now slightly quieter (0.8)
• Sweden (cave sound) and the new Thunder sounds from 5 to 7 are now streamed, since they are long sounds and the game loading them on the run for the first time made tiny lag spikes. The game now loads them in memory once the Resource Pack is loaded, avoiding lag spikes.
