Reforged Boss Bars
Freshly redesigned and more ambitious boss bar sprites!
I've always thought that the vanilla boss bars were a bit too basic, so I went ahead and made some much fancier/detailed designs for them!
These make use of language fonts and custom core shaders to achieve larger and more intricate sprites. And while I had to sacrifice some readability in order to fit in some of those details I've done my best to keep things somewhat readable by adding a transparent layer on the Ender Dragon eye that lets the bar come through for example!
The contents of this mini pack are from a greater project I'm working on called Rappenem's Reforge which aims to resprite the whole game in this style. So if you like the pixel art on display here consider checking it out and supporting me on Patreon for early access as well as bonus content!
PS: An aspect of the lang files used to make these sprites actually replaces all instances of the "Wither" and "Ender Dragon" text with the sprites. And while it shouldn't be too bothersome in an average playthrough, it does lead to the occasional odd visual
