Turns out, the update was out on PlanetMinecraft and I didn't realize until now, so I also updated pack.mcmeta.

beta12 августа 2023 г.Pack for 1.20.1 and below containing a modified version of the original icons.png used to create this resource pack. Please note the kelp texture is not animated, and the HUD may not be compatible with other resource packs!
Basically: Beta version without animations going online for everybody
