Reanimated Portals

This new nether portal block animation is more complex, more angular, and of longer period.
(It is less transparent, but an additional version can easily be added if there is interest from immersive portals users or others.)

This gif is a fairly crude idea of the animation sequence. (A completely accurate animation would have required several hundred frames,as well as emulating the interpolative algorithm)
