railgun's Numbered Hotbar

Makes the hotbar clear and visible. In addition, the hotbar has been numbered to facilitate quicker and easier swap to slots using hotkeys.

By default, the selector color is orange, but if you don't like it, you can download a vanilla colored selector from the additional files.
